Technical Feature
a. Force Feeder
The feeding process is under sealed conditions, which can ensure the cleanliness of material.
Improve granules flow-ability and filling performance, ensure the filling precision.
It can be avoided to dust and save material than nature feeder.
b. Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system
The oil lubrication can be set and controlled through PLC, ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
c. Double press rollers
Perfect tablet system, twice compression forming, reasonable framework with proper space and big pressure roller, machine performance is reliable and have not tablet weight difference.
d. Pressure sensing protection device
This machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.
e. PLC and touch screen control.
f. Sealing Rings
1. Upper punch sealing rings can avoid the oil drop and keep raw material for cleaning.
2. Lower punch sealing rings can avoid materials drop down to the machine.
Punches & Dies
The P/D conform TSM-Tooling standard. We can make difference kinds of P/D as per requirements. Such as: round shape, oblong shape, animal shape, etc.
